    How fast does it warm up?

    It starts warming as soon as you switch it on and is cosy within minutes. The thermostat then holds a steady temperature.

    Yes. Thermostat control stops it from overheating, and the Classic has automatic power-off so it won't keep running if you forget it. Keep it away from young children and don't use it while sleeping.

    The Classic has a built-in automatic power-off timer. You can also switch either version off on the controller at any time.

    The Premium has 3 heat levels. The Classic uses a thermostat controller so you can adjust the warmth to suit you.

    The Classic plugs into a wall socket and arrives with the right plug, or a plug adapter, for your country. The Premium runs on USB, so you can plug it into a laptop, a power bank or any USB wall adapter.

    Yes. Both versions work in every country we ship to, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, the UAE and New Zealand. The Premium is USB so it works anywhere, and the Classic comes with the right plug or adapter for your country.
